LG Soundbar (SN8YG) Subwoofer connected but no sound
Hello.
I have already tried to do a reset, but that does not work.

The subwoofer light is green constantly. Pressing pairing button does nothing.
Anyway there is no sound through the subwoofer and the lg soundbar app tells me through "sound diagnostic" that my subwoofer is not connected.
I have also rear speaker connected and those work well.
Interesting fact: The subwoofer light is shines green, allthough the soundbar is plugged off!
Please provide me support.
