Using LG C2 as PC monitor (HDMI), can't make Windows sound come through TV speakers

Sound settings on the PC has 'LG TV SSCR2' selected and I can see the green bar sound moving up and down but no sound is coming out of the TV.

The TV volume is on 15 and not muted.

Any ideas?
