27MP38VQ: Can't use full monitor resolution
My monitor is a 27MP38VQ. It's connected to an HP Probook 450 G5 laptop via HDMI, and an HP Z420 workstation via DVI. Both computers run up-to-date Windows 10.
The monitor's resolution is set to 1920x1080. The laptop's graphics interface (Intel UHD 620) is set to 1920x1080 as well.
On the workstation, Windows allows me to configure the full resolution of 1920x1080. On the laptop, Windows only gives me up to 1366x768.
On the laptop, I installed the LG IPS FULL HD driver. Device Manager lists LG IPSFULLHD(HDMI) under Monitors. I also restarted the laptop, but the resolution stays low.
What else can I do to get 1920x1080 on my laptop?
